How does Escape Room, Team building activities benefit the team?

Escape Rooms, is one of the best options to improve company´s efficiency, enhance social relations and define roles within teams. Employees must relay on their own potential as well as the sum of the team to find hidden clues and solve puzzles and riddles. Escape Room as a Team Building activity is a great tool for employees to develop certain skills.
First of all, the participants do not suffer anxiety or nervousness because the environment is more playful and relaxed compared to a work environment. The soft skills that players will have to put into practice during the game are the following: initiative, conflict resolution, time management, leadership, resistance to pressure, teamwork, analysis, proactivity, creativity, problem solving. How many of us can play?

It is the first thing everyone asks, so here are the numbers.

We have two rooms and they run at the same time, so 13 people can play in parallel — 7 in Haunted House and 6 in The Medieval Dungeon — and everyone comes out together. If you are 14 or 15, call us first: it can be done, but we would rather explain how it affects the game and let you decide.

If there are more of you, we run back-to-back sessions. We reset the room in 15 to 20 minutes and the next team goes in. That is how we have handled groups of 18 to 20 people in a single afternoon.

The minimum is 4 people for a company booking.

What does it cost, and do you issue an invoice?

The rate is exactly the same as for any other group. There is no company surcharge and no separate price list. The price is per booking, not per person, and VAT is included:

The Medieval Dungeon: from €82 (2 players) to €132 (6).
Haunted House: from €84 (2 players) to €147 (7).

For a group of 13 across both rooms at once, that is €279 including VAT — under €22 per person.

Invoice with VAT: yes, no problem. Send us your company details by email and we will issue it.

We prefer bank transfer, which saves us the card fees, but if card is easier for your company that works too. You can pay in full when booking or just the deposit — €20 for The Medieval Dungeon, €30 for Haunted House — and settle the rest on the day.

If you are booking both rooms at once on a weekday and you are a large group, call us before booking online and we will look at it.

How do I book for fourteen people?

The booking calendar is built for one room and one group. For a team, it is quicker to talk to us:

Email or call with the date, how many you are and what time suits you.
We confirm the split — who goes in which room, whether a second session is needed — and the total price.
We close it with payment or the deposit, and send the invoice if you need one.

We ask for 72 hours’ notice for company groups. That is what we need to line up game masters and rooms.

Opening hours: yes, weekdays and during office hours

There are morning and midday weekday slots, the ones that fit a working day. Session times for each day are in the booking calendar.

Allow 105 minutes on site for The Medieval Dungeon and 115 for Haunted House, from arrival to leaving.

Games are played in English or Spanish, and you do not need to tell us in advance. Only if you want both languages at once —mixed teams— let us know when you book, and we give the briefing in both.

What we do not do, so you do not waste your time

Better said up front:

We do not run activities off site. We do not bring the game to your office or to a hotel.
We do not provide catering, we have no arrangement with any restaurant, and we have no waiting area inside the venue. We are in the city centre and there are places to eat and drink very close by.
We do not take groups of 40 or 50 in one session. With back-to-back sessions we reach around 20 in an afternoon; beyond that the experience stops being worth it and we would rather not sell it.

If someone on the team has doubts

There are no stairs and no steps, neither to get into the building nor inside the rooms. The two low passages are not compulsory: there is an alternative route. You can leave the room at any moment and every door has an emergency button beside it.

The Medieval Dungeon is not a horror room, and Haunted House has an Investigator mode with no scares: if someone on the team would rather not have a bad time, there is an option. Sound effects, smoke and physical contact can be switched off if you tell us — for the whole group or for one person.
