What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is an entertainment and leisure service that aims to generate fun and positive feelings derived from overcoming different challenges. Nicholson, S. (2015), defines the concept of escape room as a live team game where players discover clues, solve puzzles and carry out tasks in one or more rooms with the intention of achieving a goal (usually escape from a room) in a certain time.
How many players can participate in a game of escape room?
The rooms of Run Rabbit are prepared to accommodate a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 6 players. If you are more than 6 players, although the room is large, we recommend that you organize into two teams and play the same game one after the other or the two rooms simultaneously (with a few minutes of difference due to logistics).
Finally, there is more people coming than what I said in the reservation? Can we play?
No problem, we will calculate the price again and you can pay the difference in the venue the day of the experience.
Am I really locked up? It is dangerous?
In Run Rabbit, the goal is to solve puzzles, riddles and other challenges until you can escape from the room. However, the door is never completely locked, if someone has an urgent need to leave due to some type of emergency, they can do so by communicating it to us or activating one of the emergency systems in the rooms. Claustrophobia is not an impediment to participate in our escape rooms. Our rooms have personnel who are in charge of the control and supervision of the game at all times.
Are there any special abilities required?
Simply your common sense. No special physical condition or math skills or anything like that is required. Possibly you should be able to bend down at some point in the game if you want to participate in 100% of the game.
Games are just for smart people? How difficult are the games?

Is there any age limitation?
Due to the genre and complexity of our games we recommend players over 12 years old. Teenagers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the game. In any case, teens love our games and are sometimes more successful at solving puzzles and riddles because they are thinking out of the box.
Can we play in English?
Sure! Our games are language independent. If there is a game which includes texts to read, they will be in basic English.
What if I want to make a gift?

Run Rabbit sends a confirmation email to the user with the details of the reservation, the email is sent to the email address provided by the user during the reservation process. If this email is not received, the user must contact Run Rabbit, sending an email to: [email protected]

How far ahead can a reservation be made?
24 hours in advance. However,if you would like to book less than 24 hours in advance and the game is not free, contact us at +34622475325 or +34622475431
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
In no case may the reservation be canceled or refunded.
Run Rabbit Room accepts reservation modifications, as long as they are requested 72 hours before the reserved time and subject to availability in the calendar.
The reservation modifications that are notified or requested within 72 hours prior to the reservation will not be accepted. Any modification must be notified by email to the address [email protected], within the period indicated above.
Changes of the reservation from one experience to another will not be accepted.
In the case of a Gift Voucher, no refunds are made if the team ultimately consists of fewer players than those included in the voucher. In the event that the team finally has more players than those included in the bonus, you must send an email notifying us at [email protected] and pay the price difference the day of the experience at the venue.

What if the booking system doesn´t work?
It is possible that the booking system fails due to the server. Wait a few minutes and try again later. It is possible that Run Rabbit temporarily interrupts access to this website and/or (Blog, social networks, etc.), at any time and without prior notice, when this is necessary for technical, security or maintenance reasons. If you can not access, contact Run Rabbit and we will make the reservation for you.
What are the payment methods?
During the booking process on the website you can pay a deposit of € 20 by credit card and the rest on the venue the day of the experience, you can do it in cash.

How much earlier do we need to arrive at Run Rabbit before a game?
Run Rabbit remind you that Escape Room is located at 10 Jesús y María Street, Valencia. It is necessary to arrive at the time of the booking, and from that moment on you are participating in the experience of Run Rabbit Escape Room. We can accept a 15 minutes delay. If after 15 minutes you don’t arrive, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the experience of escapism. There is a set schedule of reservations that does not allow delays.
Similarly, arriving earlier at Run Rabbit Escape Room is not convenient as we might not be able to attend you straight away and deliver the attention you deserve. Surely we are taking the previous group or preparing one of our rooms for you. Please, come at the exact time reserved.
What happens if we´re late?
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late with respect to the reserved time, the game cannot be started, and unfortunately, in this case, the fee will not be refundable. It is recommended that you come by public transport, on foot or with enough time to park.
What if our group has had a few drinks before coming in?
We here at Run Rabbit love a good time, and we’re happy you already started a wonderful night. However, if you’re noticeably intoxicated and one of our managers determines you are unfit to play the game, you will not be allowed inside. It’s best to save the celebrations until after you escape! You’ll want your wits about you when inside the rooms, anyway!
In case of misuse of the room or bad behaviour, the game may be interrupted.

How should we dress?
It is not necessary to wear any type of clothing in particular. But we recommend comfortable clothes. It is also possible that you stain your hands, but obviously you have at your disposal the toilets to wash as soon as the experience is over.
