Birthdays for teenagers in Valencia
It is what we celebrate most here: groups of kids aged 12 and over who come to spend the afternoon. And it works for a specific reason, so we say it upfront.
Our rooms are not children’s rooms. They are the same two rooms adults play, with the same production, the same actors and the same puzzles. There is no simplified version and no crafts workshop. A fifteen-year-old notices that in the first minute, and it is exactly what they want: not to be treated like a child.
Haunted House was nominated for best horror experience at the Escape Room Awards and The Medieval Dungeon was a finalist at TERPECA. These are real rooms.
There are fourteen of us, will we fit?
This is the question that sinks most birthday plans, so here are the numbers.
Both rooms run at the same time, so 13 people play in parallel —7 in Haunted House and 6 in The Medieval Dungeon—. They go in together and we do our best to get them out together… if they manage to escape. The game masters adjust the pace of each room during the game, and the chat afterwards and the photos round it off. Nobody is left waiting outside.
If there are 14 or 15 of you, call us: it can be done, and in fact it is often done for birthdays, because the group prefers to stay together. We explain what you gain and what you lose and you decide.
And if there are more of you, we run back-to-back sessions: we reset the room in 15 or 20 minutes and the next group goes in. That is how we have handled groups of 18 to 20 in one afternoon.
The minimum is 2 people per room.
Do they need to go with an adult?
It depends on the age, and there are two cases:
- From 15 to 17 they play on their own. No adult inside and no signed authorisation. You have the details in the frequently asked questions. Parents can drop them off and come back to pick them up.
- Under-15s need company: either an adult goes in with them, or you hire our extra game master-monitor.
The extra game master-monitor
€25 per booking, and it must be requested at least 12 hours beforehand: it cannot be hired on the day of the game. They go in with the group dressed as a character from the story, give them a hand when they get stuck, guide them and keep an eye on them. This is not a guard in a high-vis vest: it is part of the game, and the kids experience it that way.
It does not take up a place. If an adult from the family goes in instead, that adult does take up a place and pays their share.
Is it scary? There is a room that is not
In a group of twelve there is always someone who does not want a bad time, and sometimes it is the parents who ask. We have two rooms and only one is a horror room.
The Medieval Dungeon
The Medieval Dungeon is not a horror room. It is a historical adventure: the Inquisition captures you and you have 90 minutes to get out. There is tension and there is an actor, but there are no scares. It is the one we usually recommend for groups of this age.
Haunted House
Haunted House is a horror room, and it has three modes. In Investigator mode you go in to solve the case of an abandoned house without anyone chasing you: it gives atmosphere, not scares. High Tension raises the bar, and Horror mode adds one more actor for a €18 surcharge per booking.
Inside there is darkness, loud sounds and smoke effects. The volume can be turned down, the effects can be switched off and physical contact can be removed —for the whole group or for just one person— by telling us beforehand or even during the game. You can leave the room at any time: the game master opens up instantly and every door has an emergency button.
What the parents say
“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with her friends and from minute one they were already scared (I had to ask them to turn the level down), but they had a great time! They have spent the whole weekend talking about Haunted House!”
— Zz, October 2024
“[…] you go with 6 twelve-year-old girls set on doing a horror escape room, which by the way is spectacular […]. At every moment they have helped us and understood us (if any of them was scared, they turned the intensity down) […]”
— Elizabeth H., March 2026
“I went with my 13- and 14-year-old children and we had a great time. We did the The Medieval Dungeon one, the setting and the puzzles were both very good. 100% recommended.”
— Mónica V., July 2026
“[…] we went with a 12-year-old boy whose birthday it was and they worked incredibly hard to surprise him during the adventure. A 10 out of 10 experience […]”
— María R., July 2026
“We celebrated the birthday with 12 kids and it was super fun. […] We will be back. Thank you very much.”

How much does it cost
The price is per room, not per person, and VAT is included. There is no special birthday rate because it is not needed: the more of you there are, the less it works out per head.
| From | Up to | Players | |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Medieval Dungeon | €82 (2 players) | €132 (6) | 2–6 |
| Haunted House | €84 (2 players) | €147 (7) | 2–7 |
| Game master-monitor | €25 per booking | — | under 15s |
| Horror mode | €18 per booking | — | Haunted House only |
A group of 13 in both rooms at once comes to €279. With the monitor, €304. That works out at just over €23 per kid.
When booking you can pay the full amount or just the deposit —€20 for The Medieval Dungeon, €30 for Haunted House— and the rest on the day. We prefer cash, although we also accept cards.
What if the birthday is an adult’s?
We also celebrate adults’ birthdays: with friends, with family or as a couple. They are the same rooms, the same prices and the same capacity you have seen above. The only difference is that the game master-monitor is not needed, as it is only for groups with under-15s.
If the group wants to be properly scared, Haunted House has Horror mode, with one more actor for a €18 surcharge per booking. If someone does not want scares, The Medieval Dungeon is not a horror room. And if there are lots of you, both rooms play at the same time: you go in together and we do our best to get you out together.
“An incredible experience from start to finish! An atmosphere that drops you right into the story of Haunted House. […] Thank you so much […], I will never forget my 50th birthday!”
— Eli A., August 2026
“Today I went with my sister for her birthday to do the The Medieval Dungeon escape room. It was incredible. We loved it. It is very well themed […]”

Choose a day and time here. If there are more than 13 of you, call us first and we will organise it.
How it is organised
The sooner you book, the more time options you will have.

- You choose the room and the mode, and whether you want the monitor.
- It is closed with the payment or the deposit.
Allow 105 minutes on site for The Medieval Dungeon and 115 for Haunted House. The times for each room and the free slots for each day are in the booking calendar.
We are at Calle Jesús y María 10 bajo · 46008 Valencia, in the city centre. Metro Àngel Guimerà or Túria. Games are played in Spanish or English.
